Looking for a room/flat/houseshare buds

Hey! I'm an Irish, 35 year-old full time professional that's been living and working in Glasgow for the last 10 years. I am currently in the service industry full time and actively working on my music career.

I am very laid back, tidy, creative, an excellent cook, and I have a couple of hobbies. I also have lots of plants that are well taken care of!

I love cinema, art, music, and I also dabble in all of those things.

I am looking to rent a double room, preferably within walking distance or near enough to my workplace in the Southside.

I have a sweet sphynx cat, Saski (4y. o) who is v quiet, well trained, food driven, and hypoallergenic. She is a very friendly and playful cat, and is also very chill when wearing a jumper.

I love a dinner party, friends' gatherings, and I love a good party every now and again but I also really value my alone time and understand other people need their space too.
