I’m looking for a chilled out, quiet household- doesn’t have to be quiet ALL of the time but I would like to avoid living in a party house. Still love the craic though!
My ideal budget is 300pm maximum, I’m looking for a minimum 12 month stay with prospect of staying longer. I’d preferably like somewhere in east or south and not too far away from the city centre.
I prefer to keep to myself when at home but don’t mind socialising sometimes!
I’m very tidy and generally keep socialising for out of the house. I’m in a full time hospitality position as well as being a freelance artist selling my art.
I love reading, painting and cooking and can provide dinners and artwork for the walls lol
