Hi I’m Jacqui .
I’m a very clean & quiet 67 year old looking for a self contained annexe /studio room /flatlet ensuite as near to Pamber Heath Tadley as possible.
I own a house in Bristol but need to live in this area for at least 6 months maybe longer , as I will be looking after my grandaughter during the school holidays and sometimes after school times - at her house .
I want to have my own quiet space to retreat back to after all our fun together.
I would prefer somewhere that has an ensuite being a private person.
I don’t mind pets at all as I love all animals - but don’t like smoking .
I can travel up to 5 miles around the Tadley area .
I do drive so having an allocated parking space would be great but its not essential.
I am a retired primary school teacher and private online tutor.
I love walking in the local forests & woodlands and enjoy birdwatching . I’m also very much into art.
In the evenings I am quiet & I enjoy watching the usual streaming services such as Netflix Prime etc .
I will provide my own bedding and do my own cleaning.
Willing to pay up to £800 a month for full week occupation , however there will be frequent times when I am away as I travel to my other son who lives in Bradford on Avon every second weekend and I will also stay over at my son’s house in Pamber Heath when he travels abroad for work.
