Friendly, easy going working professional

My name is Sam and I’m 26 years old. I work for a health economics consultancy firm based in Buxton and work from home 2 days a week. I’m looking for a well located apartment and/or house share in Manchester with like-minded, young, and social working professionals (LGBTQ friendly preferred but not essential). I like to have structure, enjoy working out, running, cooking, and catching up with my mates over a drink. A parking space is also a requirement; a modern apartment/houses is preferable.
