Working professional seeking affordable room

Hi, I’m Jack, 27, British-born and easygoing. I work two jobs — one at Heathrow (Terminal 4) and another in Uxbridge — so I keep a fairly structured routine and take my responsibilities seriously.

I’m looking for a budget-friendly room and can put down a holding deposit. I’m paid mainly on the 28th of each month, which is when I’d be looking to move in (28th Jan 2026). I haven’t had the chance to save a full deposit yet, so I’d really appreciate any flexibility or the option to spread it — happy to discuss arrangements that work for both of us.

What I’m looking for

I’m simply after a comfortable home in a modern, respectful household, with:
• Washing machine (dryer optional)
• Kitchen access
• Shower/bathroom
• A furnished room with at least a bed or bed frame (I can source a mattress if needed)
• Space for a desk (I’ll bring my own desk and chair)

Location-wise, I’d ideally like to be close to Heathrow Terminal 4, though Hatton Cross or nearby areas work well too.

Lifestyle

I’m sociable, friendly, and enjoy meeting new people, but I also really value my own space — especially during winter. I’m often on “quiet night-in” mode, gaming, watching films, or working on tech/computer projects. I also occasionally record YouTube videos as a hobby, all respectfully and at reasonable times.

I don’t smoke, don’t drink anymore, and don’t use drugs. I’m happy living with people aged 18 to 40s, and I’m considerate of others having their own lives and routines. 😄
