Looking for a room in a professional house

I’m a graduate currently working full time in town, so a location with good transport links is essential. I wfh 2 days a week, sometimes more, but its a quiet admin role with the occasional teams call.

I’m on a rolling contract with my tenancy so not rushing for a place and I can be pretty flexible. My budget is maximum £700 with no room to go above that unfortunately.

Being social with housemates would be preferable but I'm also happy to be a bit of a homebody. Any potential housemates should expect someone clean and neat in shared areas.
Personality wise, I enjoy a good night out but more often I'll spend the night playing video games or reading. It'd be nice to have someone with shared interests to chat to, but a chat about pop culture is fine too.

Deal breakers are pretty simple, I really just want a public transport, a double bed and some communal areas.
