Short term let wanted for 32m - Portslade area

I am looking for a short let in the Portslade/Fishersgate area for around 3 months - possibly longer, no less.
I would be open to a part time let for the right price. Ideal move-in date would be 14th of June.

I am employed locally full-time as an electronics technician.

Parking would be ideal but not necessary.

I am an animal lover and would be open to share a house with a dog, cat or anything else.

I clean up after myself, don't smoke and don't drink to excess, but I do like to cook when I can...
