Short term let wanted for 29M and friendly dog

I am looking for a short let in Hastings/Battle area for around 3 months - possibly longer, no less.

I would be open to a part time let.

I drive so will need parking, but can be on street. - I am a self-employed carpenter/modelmaker - and I have my own small commercial premises in Battle where I will be most of the time - Also I am very handy with fixing things if that is useful to you!

I have a very friendly and mature german Shepherd who gets on with everybody and most dogs (not so much the younger playful ones!)

I clean up after myself (and my dog!) and can provide a reference
