Professional seeking quiet studio / ensuite room

​Hello! I am a full-time professional currently living in Dalkeith and looking to secure a new home. I am specifically seeking a studio apartment or an ensuite room with all bills included.
​As a tenant, I’m the "quiet and reliable" type. I work full-time, don't party, and value a peaceful living environment. In my downtime, I’m usually gaming or relaxing, so I’m very low-impact on the property. I’m respectful of boundaries but happy to be social with the right housemates if in a shared setting.
