Looking for my new haven in Brighton or Hove.

I am an artist, work in a coffee shop part time and host the odd Quiz Night too.

I need a decent sized room with a bit of storage space as I have a few paintings, prints and merch for my (fairly popular) comedy art project but I’m also looking into a separate studio so quite flexible. Don’t worry about my artist pic here, I rarely wear the wig around the house…

I’m considerate, clean, easy-going and respectful of other peoples’ belongings and privacy. Just like you hopefully. Cooking is a huge passion of mine so you’ll often get some good food as a bonus. I even wash up as I go along!

I’d ideally like to be in walking distance to the centre of Brighton or Hove. Move in date ideal but flexible.
