Double room required

40yr old male looking for spacious double room with en suite but en suite can be optional, I work part time in retail and also have a causal job as a steward at Walsall football club. I am a person that keeps himself to himself but I do like a chat from time to time, I am a very tidy person who knows how to clean up after himself and be considerate to others . I have 2 children but I will take them to their grandparents every afternoon as that's a pre arrangement. I know this may be an issue but I can explain that situation better in person.
