Male, 39, seeks one bedroom property (No rooms)

Hello,

I am a 39 year old male, originally from West London. I moved to Kent with my ex-partner and two young children in late 2021, but due to their mother and I separating, I now live on my own.

I currently rent a one bedroom flat in Teston, Maidstone

I am looking for a one bedroom, or two bedroom (if I can afford it) property to rent, in and around the Maidstone area.

I want to be as close as possible to my children in Coxheath. My son is 7, and my daughter is 3, and I have them stay with me every other weekend. They are great, and no problem whatsoever.

I work full time as a Field Support Engineer, and my annual salary is over £36k per annum.
I am a very friendly, laid back, people person, that gets on well with everyone.

I am a non-smoker, I do not vape, and I have no pets.
