I’m 26, from Northern Ireland but living in Leeds for the past two years. My current housemate got a new job and is moving down south for work😢

I work full-time as a Marketing Executive within the motorsport industry 🏎️ (kind of like F1 but not lol) - I travel a few weeks of the year with my job, meaning you’ll get some time to yourself in the flat, and even better it helps to keep the bills down!

I’m very clean, easy going and don’t really party, I go out once in a blue moon for birthdays/occasions - but happy to go for some social drinkiepoos the odd time.
I’d love the place to be a zen, relaxing space, with some movie nights and girlie nights - so I’d love to find someone on the same wholesome wavelength x

I’m pretty chill with my evenings and weekends, usually going to the gym, into town for a browse or trying a new exercise class - and ofc followed by a coffee and a sweet treat 👀

I’m looking for a place to share with a female that’s a similar age with similar interests, that we could be friends and not just house mates - but completely respect your own time and space!

Must-have: Car parking space as I drive to and from the office Mon-Fri on a usual week.
