Looking for a home

Hello, I am a bus driver for Stagecoach based in Guildford. Am looking to move soon to an apartment within 15 miles of Guildford. Will need a parking space for a small car and a motorbike and would prefer a countryside location / quiet surroundings, nearby to where I grew up in Great Bookham. I do not wish to share facilities with other renters as this can lead to problems with their lack of tidiness, cleanliness and consideration. Would love to find my perfect studio/annexe/ small apartment location and stay until I retire. Non smoker, non drinker, no partner, no pets, no kids.. joy for me is waking up to the sound of birdsong and not the sound of traffic or the neighbour’s angle grinder.
