Room wanted

looking for a room, preferably a double, to move into within Maidstone or the surrounding areas ( I can stretch the distance reasonably with how far I am willing to drive). Reliable parking is a necessity. Other than that an outdoor place to sit and a kitchen of a reasonable size would be ideal but not essential. Regarding housemates, I have no particular preferences other than having some peace and quiet every now and again, by no means wanting permanent silence. As for myself I'm tidy and quiet most of the time finding it easy to keep my own company, though I can be sociable in the appropriate instance. I have a small number of houseplants so the ability to keep them with me would be nice. I also have a girlfriend who visits at weekends so a place where that is tolerated is pretty essential.
