Hi! I’m looking for two friendly, responsible women to form a group with me and jointly rent a beautiful modern three-bedroom house in Caddington, near Luton, Harpenden and Hertfordshire.

The house is a spacious, modern detached property with:

• three double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite
• a large modern kitchen, dining and family room
• a separate living room
• utility room
• landscaped garden
• garage and driveway
• a separate heated and air-conditioned garden office
• excellent storage
• EPC B

I would take the principal bedroom eith the dressing room and pay £1000 pcm.

The two available rooms would be approximately:

Room 2 — £800 pcm
Large double bedroom measuring approximately 13'4" × 9'1", with a private en-suite.

Room 3 — £700 pcm
Double bedroom measuring approximately 11'3" × 8'2", also with a private en-suite.

Bills and council tax would be divided between the three tenants.

Female preferred as this would be an all-female household. I’m looking for clean, considerate and financially reliable housemates who want a peaceful, comfortable home. I’d love the house to feel relaxed, friendly and social. I’m completely fine with friends coming over, dinners, gatherings and the occasional party. I’d just like us all to be considerate of each other and communicate when needed.

Applicants would need to pass the letting agent’s referencing and right-to-rent checks. A guarantor or rent in advance may be required depending on individual circumstances.

The property would be taken under one joint tenancy, so I would like us to speak properly, have a video call and make sure we are compatible before applying together.
