The York Chapter

Hi, hope my ad finds you well,

I've been on a Buddhist Meditation Retreat from November until February and am now looking for temporary accommodation in York before I head off to another retreat centre at the end of May (hopefully) to volunteer there for a year or so. I mention this, not because I'm the kind of person who preaches about my beliefs but because the Plum Village tradition focuses on community building and harmonious living! In short, I'm easy going and quite friendly, respectful of boundaries and very much in favour of peaceful communication. I'm not bad at cooking, excellent at cleaning and the most modest person you'll ever meet. (English sense of humour- sorry.)

I identify as Queer, Non-Binary and Pansexual but again, this isn't something I over-share. I don't insist on They/Them pronouns but it does make me happy when people use them for me.

Here's hoping we can be good for each other until the end of May.
