Looking for a room/apartment in Brighton and Hove!

Hello!
I am looking for a room in Brighton and Hove due to my workplace located in this area! I am a working professional in video games industry creating animations for a living - I love this job as it is something I’ve always dreamed of doing and, of course, it is well paid ( I will never be late with rent! ).
As a person I would describe myself as quite neat and clean, I love leaving my place in order, but I won’t be obnoxious over a coffee cup in the sink. Same goes for socialising! I am always up for a chat or a cup of tea together, but will respect everyone’s boundaries and, to be fair, enjoy my lone time as well to recharge for the next day. Otherwise, I am into running and arts: in my spear time you’ll often see me drawing or watching anime!
I don’t have many must haves/specific requirements, other than a working washing machine, really good Wi-Fi and a clean and safe house.
