Looking for a room in York

Professional looking for a room to rent in York with other mature professionals.

I'm clean, tidy and quiet, and I would hope to make friends with housemates. Ideally I am looking a for a house with a shared living room/area separate to the kitchen and with some outside space. I work from home at least once a week so would need either a desk or space for a desk.

I work at the hospital so ideally in walking distance or on a bus route. I also have a car so would need somewhere to park, either on or off street.
