Hi, I’m a 27-year-old student currently studying Events Management at ARU University. Alongside my studies and part-time work, I’m also a full-time content creator outside of my working hours — this is quiet, independent work so it won’t disturb the property or neighbours.

I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep spaces clean and value a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m reliable, responsible, and always pay rent on time.

🏠 Large studio or 1-bedroom flat ONLY — NO house shares, NO single rooms. Enquiries about house shares or just rooms will be ignored.
✨ Spacious — enough room to have guests over comfortably
📅 Looking to move immediately, but happy to wait until end of September / early October
