Mature respectful male looking for quiet room.

Hello.

I realise at 54 and being disabled I've got a limited chance at finding a room but I'd like to tell you why I think I'd make a great tenant.

I'm on permanent disability for various problems related to diabetes and some mobility which means I have a steady income and will always pay on time. I'm extremely respectful of others, clean and tidy, prepared to contribute and help towards wherever I'm needed and love animals.

I don't drink alcohol, smoke or take any recreational drugs at all and never have in the past. I'm welcoming to any walks of life, religion and humanity as a whole.

I've come out of a long term relationship recently due to my partner wanting a different life. It ended extremely amicably hence why I'm now looking for a place to rest my head so to speak.

Ideally I'd just love a quiet room to write in and during the day explore the local area.
I'm also absolutely fine with a shared house also.
