LGBTQ+ Professionals seeking 2 double rooms

Hi everyone!
My friend Zaqueu and I are looking for two double rooms, ideally in a property with only 1–2 other housemates. Or, for a third person to continue helping us search for and fill a 3 bedroom property together!

We’re hoping for a long-term lease (6–12 months), with a move-in date between early and mid-January, as Zaqueu starts his new job on the 19th. Our preferred areas are Brixton, Hammersmith, Hackney, Walthamstow, Tottenham, or Leyton. If it’s anywhere other than Brixton, we’ll need a parking space so Zaqueu can commute to work.

Our budget is up to £900 each, including bills, though we’re open to hearing about rooms slightly above this if they’re a good fit.
A bit about us:
* Zel (he/they) – transmasc freelance graphic designer and bartender
* Zaqueu (he/him) – gay man about to start a new role as a geography teacher

We bonded over our love of video games and our shared stupid sense of humour. We’re both clean, respectful, and considerate housemates who value personal space, while also wanting a home where everyone feels comfortable. We’d especially love somewhere we can decorate together and truly make feel like home.
