Single mum Looking for a room

My relationship has just broken down and I am looking for a room to rent in the Eastbourne area that will also allow my Child to stay with me 3-4 days a week.
I am a clean and friendly individual that works 5 days a week in Education.

I would like to live with other working people so that bills could be equally shared and to live with people who don't mind young children.

I'm also looking to create a flat share as most rooms won't allow kids, so if you love kids, wouldn't mind building a flat share please get in touch. I have been looking at flats to rent and wouldn't mind having someone chill and easy going. Shared responsibilities of the communal areas. I will not expect you to look after my child so that need not be a worry on your mind. I like to spend my free time mixing music through headphones or sit on my laptop and get on with work, however I'm happy to chill and chat maybe even binge a few things. Living with me you'll have access to my Disney and paramount plus accounts as well as prime video. I currently do not have netflix.

I love animals, if we create a flat/house share and you have pets we can look into places that allow pets, my son loves dogs and cats and really wants a bunny.
