Professional Male seeks a single or double room

I am looking for a flatmate or an en-suite in the City of Cardiff or cathays I am a working professional seeking a comfortable and respectful living arrangement. I am open to living with either male or female housemates. I do have a couple of preferences worth mentioning: I would prefer a pet-free home, particularly no cats or snakes…and ideally a non smoking household, as I do not smoke myself.
I have a African background and enjoy cooking traditional food from time to time, so a shared kitchen I can make good use of would be appreciated.
