Looking for flatmates (2/3) to buddy-up with

Hey! I'm Maddy (26), nice to meet you x.
I'm looking for a flatmate (or two) to buddy up with for a 2/3 bed flat/house with. I work in central London so would love to find a place that's either well connected or close to central. My lease is up in may so ideally looking to move in then (want to move out as rent's going up and my room's tiny💀).

I work in consulting as a business analyst, so 3 days out of office usually and 2 days wfh (although i usually end up having to go to office or my client's office more frequently). I've just gotten super into pilates so usually go there after work (near tower bridge). I love to socialise with my flatmates and have wine nights, game nights, and trash tv nights, but do equally value some me time. I do love going to pubs, gigs, karaoke, stand-up comedy shows so if you're into those, that's an added bonus. I love exploring new things, restaurants etc. in my free time too. I'm thoroughly house-trained; considerate and very clean.

I love the area that i live in at the moment (old kent road/bermondsey) so ideally looking for places here as i think we could get some amazing flats/houses within a reasonable budget, plus it's sooo close to central aha. But ofcourse don't mind other areas!

I would only like to move into a new place and not a preoccupied flat as I'd like the flat to be professionally cleaned before we move in, plus the bills/houserules and responsibilities can be divided more effectively that way😊.
