Hey lovelies, I’m Trisha (24) and I’m looking for a room in the following areas/ surrounds anytime from the 10th of August to the end of the month!

Or anywhere else relatively central with good transport links to Waterloo / Chelsea for uni and work

I moved from Bristol last year & am currently doing my masters at Kings, which means I am out of the house in the daytime most days for uni, or will be on placements working!!

Hobbies wise, I LOVE cooking (pics included of some meals i’ve made my house!!) & music, I spend time going to gigs/ events where I can, trying new creative hobbies, pilates, yoga, coffee walks, cute wine/ pub nights, and everything in between. Hoping to find likeminded housemates / people who can introduce me to new activities too! I would love to live somewhere where everyone’s friends & they do stuff together, while still respecting need for space when necessary!

If the landlord is concerned about the safety of a student living there I’m happy to provide recommendations from previous landlords/ contribute to council tax despite the exemption. Can also provide guarantor details. I can assure you there will be no “student” related issues from my end!!! I’m very clean & keen to make a space feel like a home!! I have lived in shared accom since I was 18 so lots of experience in being a respectful housemate 💖
