Hiya - looking for a new home in Manchester

I’m 40, queer, self employed and work in wellbeing. Currently work 3-4 days a week at my studio in London and do some online teaching.

I’m originally from Wigan but have lived in the south for nearly twenty years. Looking to move back to the north and looking for somewhere to find my feet.

Looking for a new place with semi-sociable, well natured people with a sense of humour - preferably left of field, with life experience, open minded and communicative.

I’m independent, sometimes solitary but also social, up for a laugh and really well natured with others when bonded. Don’t mind pets! Don’t mind a vibey house occasionally but also need periods of calm and quietude.

I like to nest, so cozy vibes are important for me.
Also like a fairly relaxed environment and don’t enjoy living under too much structure or rules. Can pull my weight though, no worries! I work well with accountability and mutual respect.
