Looking for Summer let

Hi there!

I’m Pat, living in Los Angeles currently, looking for a short let for a couple months starting in July. Looking for a move-in date around July 17th, but flexible and interested in different opportunities until late September/early October! My budget is currently around 900-1500/month. For the right match, might be willing to go a bit above my budget. Looking for a place with fun flatmates that do like to hang out and also have our lives outside of the flat, and hopefully close to the public transit. Would love to have a desk in the room as I work remotely M-F but not a hard requirement. Have no problem at all sharing responsibilities and covering my share of bills around the flat. Will always keep the shared spaces as clean as before I used it. I can also provide references to past house/flat mates upon request

A little about me:

31, I’m a software engineer (frontend) grateful to be living the remote work dream. Training for the Manchester marathon currently, and enjoy fitness overall mixing in some weights and reformer pilates when I can. Love going to music festivals and clubs (mostly garage, dnb, techno), got to stop by Printworks a couple years back for their final season. Love a good mystery/thriller series on Netflix (Harlan Coban ones lately) but also love my dose of absolute shit reality TV as well lol

I do believe in self care and mental health, so I do see a therapist twice a month and do get my nails done and whatnot every 3-4 weeks.
