Female mature students looking for double rooms

My friend and I are female mature students. We are looking for ideally (separate) double rooms. We are available to move from 01/07/26 and have a budget of £500pcm for me, and £600 pcm for my friend. We prefer to live with female housemates, preferably students as well. We'd ideally like to have a weekly cleaning schedule for housemates to keep the environment nice and clean for all of us
