Like everybody, looking for a spare room :)

Hi there, I'm Thomasin! Rented in London my whole adult life, and I have been in a full-time professional job at the same company for the last 6 years - so my income is very stable.

At the same time, I love being creative! I do acting projects and I love writing - I also love playing my electric piano (though most of the time only with headphones on - I'm actually really shy about people hearing me play!)

My life is quite busy so when I'm at home, I'm usually taking it easy! I love puzzles and podcasts.

I work remotely for most of the time, but I like taking advantage of this my going to work in local cafes, bougie hotels in central or near friends and family. I do have a work office in Westbourne Park I go to sometimes too.

In terms of cleaning, I'm pretty relaxed, though I do prefer a weekly rota system to make sure things are even and I like clarity in what is expected in a household - but very happy to do that with simple communication and check ins too. I am also opening to splitting a cleaner. Also really all about that squeegee in the bathroom to prevent mould!

Just to be upfront, I'd really like to find somewhere for 6 months to a year as I'm hoping to buy my own place soon.
