I am a professional female aged 35. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 01/01/2025 and have a budget of £700pcm. I would like to share with one other female of any age.

I’m a sports massage therapist, yoga teacher and part time student of Osteopathy. I work Monday - Friday, I will also be out two weekends a month as I travel down to London for my degree.
On the weekends that I'm not at university I will be studying and I prefer to do this in a library. I will also need space in my room for a desk to study during the week.

In the little free time I have, I go to the gym, I participate in park runs, hot yoga and I go to a meditation group, which is a big part of my life.

I’m tidy, clean and considerate, I’ve studied compassionate communication for the past 4 years and believe in empathic listening. I believe you should be able to communicate your needs effectively and be able to receive information about others needs without taking things personally. Self reflection and taking responsibility is of highest importance to me.

I want to live with people who value peace, harmony and are respectful.

Just as I want to be happy, I want my house mate/mates to be happy. To me that’s real consideration.

I do not want to live with smokers or vapers, no judgement, its just not for me.
