2/3 bed flat or house wanted. HPC worker & Student

Hi. I'm looking for 2/3 bed house or flat for myself and my son. I'm currently working away from home at HPC, but my son will be attending SGS Rugby College in Bristol. Need our own space really as he's only 16. Property needs to be within walking distance from Weston-super-Mare train station and fully furnished. I appreciate a lot landlords will want to rent properties on a per room basis, and I don't expect a 2nd room for free, but I will be the only tennant earning a wage as my son will be doing his studies, therefore if a discount to take 2 rooms or entire property could be applied please reach out to me asap. It will be on a long term basis, a few years most probably. Needs to have kitchen facilities and parking for one vehicle. Home owner myself so property will be looked after, with no pets or parties etc.
