I'm a down to earth friendly guy who's looking for a share in Lincoln region now my son and daughter are at York uni. I will be looking to buy somewhere in this location therefore I'm looking to secure a room in a decent apartment or home share or indeed apartment while I do and can provide 3yr excellent refs from Chester. Ideally somewhere quiet friendly. I'm a self employed logistics small business owner and will work away sometimes and i only need parking for one vehicle. I'm also a singer and enjoy music gigs and history politics.
I get on with everyone and like to socialise see new places and spending time out 😊
