PhD student looking for a house for July onwards

I'm looking for somewhere preferably near or in Belfast or with good public transport to Ulster University (Belfast). I'd like to live with people who are fairly chilled, up for the banter, and are ok with me practicing music (usually flute). I like the odd late night but I'm a light sleeper who needs to be in uni around 9 am most days so post-grads and professionals are preferred. But undergrads are ok as long as you are ok with keeping noise down at night during the week. I'm not obsessively tidy but I do try to keep shared areas (esp. the kitchen) clean and tidy and like it if other people also do the same.
