The move in date is not set, we would like to move in anytime from December onwards.
The budget advertised is the maximum we can afford, if you have a property that's less per month we would definitely consider it.
The budget is purely for rent, we are not expecting bills to be included in this budget.
We don't want anyone sharing with us for privacy reasons.
We have a small dog that is house trained and well behaved.
