Flat/studio or house share with clean people

My hobbies are kickboxing and kung-fu, I like to game , read and craft.

I have great references from previous landlords and have personal references also. I also have a guarantor that earns over 30,000 a year.
Can only house share with clean people due to my disabilities.
£1000 (for flat) £800 (house share) including bills.
I am unable to work due to disability so rely on universal credit and pip for income , I know a lot of people don't want to accept benefits but this makes no sense to me , it's guaranteed Income that can be paid to landlords directly from universal credit.
I'm looking for somewhere to call home, I am gay and have a partner, I want somewhere where my partner can freely visit like i do to their house share (they live and work in luton, I see them twice or three times a month so around 4 to 6 nights a month)
