New F1 doctor looking for cosy and friendly house

Hi, I'm an F1 doctor moving to Dundee in July 2026 :) As I'm new to Dundee I'm looking for a place to call home and meet lovely new people. I'm looking to share with professionals of a similar age in the Perth Rd area and would need parking.

About me: I'm a warm, sociable and outgoing person who also values my own space and a calm and tidy environment to relax and decompress. I make an effort to keep communal spaces clean and tidy and would appreciate the same in return. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, getting coffee, cooking, reading, running and going to the theatre.

What I'm looking for:
- A somewhat furnished double room with natural light and ample storage space and room for a large armchair. I'd be looking to personalise my space with framed art/ ornaments and photos.
-I'm open to small flat/house shares with 1 or max 2 other people. Also open to 1 bed solo flats.
- I value tidiness and treating our house with care to create a sense of home.
- Cosy nights in/ coffee / hikes or pub trips but also our own space/ lives.
- As I'll be working long hours and night shifts, I'm looking for housemates who respect each other's needs for rest and space while looking out for each other.
- Open communication around what home means, expectations and boundaries to make everyone feel comfortable sharing space.
- Parking.
- Perth Rd area is ideal.
