New To Cambridge

I moved to Cambridge at the start of May from, Scotland to start a new job/life here. I found a wonderful annexe and was quite happy until I was informed in July that the landlord wishes to sell and I now need to find a new place

I'm easygoing, quiet and clean. I'm an extroverted-introvert, I do enjoy people and social activities but prefer to keep myself to myself most of the time. Do sometimes enjoy end-of-week pints and the very occasional night on the tiles. Age, race, and orientation are never an issue.

My job is Mon-Fri, regular hours, I'm currently running and training in calistenics a lot, morning and evening, I'm generally up around 6 am and usually go for a run or hit the gym before work. I hope to get into some new things in the evenings to meet people, as I know many people in Cambridge. Quite enjoy climbing, and a trip to the cinema. At weekends I enjoy trips to galleries and museums, I suspect I'll be away most weekends for the first couple of months at least, either back up to Scotland or down to London as I have friends there.

I'd prefer an ensuite room with ample storage. Not opposed to a studio or annexe either. This is not a deal breaker though, more long-term preference.
Im 6'5" tall, so the bed is quite important as I cannot fit in any beds that have bars/boards at the base.

I'm ideally looking for somewhere for 3 months +, still trying to get my bearings and figure out what I want to be, whether that is Cambridge or somewhere a little bit further out. This could be a shorter or longer term, it would be nice to find somewhere I could call home right away, but not sure how likely that is. Equally, somewhere for a month or 2 would be considered.

Happy to answer any questions. Can't provide references as I own my flat in Scotland, and haven't rented for over a decade, I'm sure the landlord here would provide me with one, despite the tenancy being so short, but can provide proof of employment/income from my employer if required.
