Seeking flat share in or near Edinburgh

I am an ex data scientist for a fintech based in Houston with most of my clients in the UK, which is the reason why I came here, I also am a keen engineer and technologist, which means I will be thinking of unscrewing all appliances in your house ( not true). I do enjoy small things in life like brewing coffee, bartending, hosting a dinner, gardening etc etc.
I do love bens and glens and lochs, my first week in Scotland, I already climbed Ben Aan and drove and hiked around lock lomond, instead of unpacking and arranging the flat.
I am also a motorist, and take care of a modern classic , so parking spaces around would be great.
I take a shower in the gym mostly, and cook lean protein foods or easy breakfasts. Something like poached eggs on toast, omelette, oats, peanut butter and jam, etc . Dinner- spaghetti, katsu chicken curry, boiled eggs and chicken breasts (not all of them at once of course).
* I know how to cook Indian food (to all Indian food lovers, this should be enough, right)

I also had my personality part here (how my friends would describe me), but I have low self esteem and live in constant self loathing, all I can say is I try to be kind and respectful to all living and non living.
