Annexe or double room wanted 😊

Hi, I’m looking for an annexe or a double room preferably with an en-suite, essentials are parking for my van, garden or outside space for summer if possible, extra storage be it a loft or garage would be nice 😊, I’m easy going and enjoy socialising or just as happy being in my own space chilling , I don’t smoke myself but don’t mind smoking, l love animals, I enjoy going to the gym as much as possible, and trying to eat healthy. I work all over Essex and in London as an air conditioning engineer so can be out all day most days, but sometimes finish early on rare occasions 😢. I’m more than happy for doing work or chores around the property to help towards my rent. I enjoy binge watching series’s and films / crime documentaries / horror, going for a walk or just grabbing a coffee.
