I am a Cambridge university staff. Working Mon-Fri

I am a professional male aged 34, electronics engineer. A bit programmer. A bit scientist. I am looking for a single or double room (preferably en-suite). I am available to move 1st of December 2024 and have a budget of £1000pcm (it is my max, so better to find something cheaper). I would like to share with males or females of any age.
Former clown, actor, so it would be very nice to find a place with sociable people and have fun sometimes (not every time, just a little bit every day).
I am working from the office Mon-Fri 07:00 - 19:00-20:00. Tidy, polite etc. I am trying to be a very nice guy)
Since this is a shared house, I would prefer a rolling contract with a minimum duration of 1-3 months and a one-month notice period for termination (if it is possible). I don't have, but I like pets (I like pandas, sloths and lemurs).
