24yr old young professinal looking for a new room

Hi! I'm a 24 year old young professional currently living Brighton . I am a software engineer and work a typical 9-5 schedule and work from home ocassionally.

I am simply looking for a change in environment as I have been living the same shared house for about a year and a half and looking for a better room . I am looking for a house that likes to socialise as although I have friends here I think it's good to be friends with the people you live with ! I am veyr open to trying new activities and getting involved with events and hobbies people like if they are happy to invite or introduce me .

My hobbies include Thai boxing ( I train 3x week at kicks ) playing guitar/singing , and watching sports. I enjoy football and formula 1 mainly , but I will watch anything if someone introduces me ! I'm also interested in languages as I'm a fluent Spanish speaker, and have some proficiency in French .
