Hi, I’m James, 22, and I’m looking for someone to buddy up with for a 2-bed, 2-bath flat in central or south Manchester, looking to move in ASAP.

I’ve just graduated from the University of Manchester (Physics) and have been offered a Research Assistant position with my previous supervisor while I apply for PhDs starting next year.

A bit about me: I’m into running, sports (F1, football, padel, golf), and I enjoy gaming when I get the chance. I also work as a steward at the Etihad Stadium, which is great fun (and means I get paid to watch the matches!). I’m easy-going, tidy, and get along well with people. My girlfriend lives in central Manchester, so I’ll occasionally be out and about in the city too.
