Professional looking to buddy up !

Hi !
Im Esther, a Spanish girl living in London since 2020. Im a Spanish teacher (freelancer). I work with kids and adults and collaborate with a music-language teaching company.

I would like to find someone to buddy up or just a double room somewhere in the area of Deptford/NewCross/Peckham/Greenwich .
Sometimes I work from home so a big double room would be nice (or if you dont mind me to work sometimes in the living room).

I'm very (very) tidy and clean and in weekdays have a pretty organise schedule.
Im very outgoing and extrovert, and like to socialise. I'd like to find someone with who I can share nights at the flat watching a film, cooking dinner or having a wine, but obviously I also respect own space !
Im happy to have people around the house and all of that, not very fuzzy.
