Looking for a temporary accommodation

My current flatmate and I are looking for a two-bedroom house or apartment to rent in Manchester. Our preferred tenancy start date is around September 1, 2025, and we're looking for a short-term lease of 3-6 months.

We are both students currently working on our dissertations. My flatmate is not currently employed, and I am working part-time. We are actively seeking full-time opportunities and are confident in our ability to find them, but we believe a short-term lease is the most responsible option for us at this time.

To provide security and peace of mind for the landlord, we are prepared to use a guarantor. Our guarantor has a stable income and a strong financial standing, and they are ready to undergo all necessary referencing checks.

We are both tidy, reliable, and respectful tenants. We can provide excellent references from our previous landlords, which will demonstrate our track record of paying rent on time and looking after a property well.
