Responsible, arty type seeking a new home

Hello there. I'm Dave and I'm looking for a new home. Mature, responsible like my own space but equally don't mind spending time with my housemates if we vibe. I like to read, write and listen to music (I wear headphones don't worry!) I work from home four days a week and Friday in the office, located in Liverpool city centre. With that said I will require space to put my desk in to work if the room doesn't already have a desk. I like a no hassle living style where everyone does their part and are able to have a conversation if any issues do arise.
