Couple Looking for a WHOLE property to rent

DESPERATELY LOOKING TO MOVE BACK TO SUSSEX.

We are a couple in our early 50s, who have 2 cats our fur babies that sleep all day. At present we live in Wales but we are looking to move back to Sussex. We both come from West Sussex and miss where we grew up. We rent our house of which we found here on Spare Rooms, been here for nearly 3 years now. We are looking to rent a WHOLE property not a house share or a room etc, we are seriously looking to move back. So we are looking for a min of 2 bed property, with a garden that is big enough for a shed or better still already has a garage/shed or if pushing it some sort of workshop in situ, this is due to my partner working from home. He is a prop maker/carpenter, would be great if had a parking space or driveway. The most important thing is a space for my partner to work from. Im a Accountant but gave that up for a quiet life so currently work in a high end Supermarket. We are looking to rent until we find our forever home to buy, but we must stress that we are looking to rent for a while so wouldnt just move after 6 months, we want to get back to our home roots and go from there. Our current landlord will give a reference and as with this property that we rent we showed bank statements as proof that we can afford the rent. We are a quiet couple that like to relax when not working and we respect other peoples property. We havent got a moving date we just want to find the right place for us and be right for the landlord. We have 2 cats as mentioned, one of which we inherited when we moved here from our neighbour, they both spend the day eating and sleeping. We are looking ideally in the following areas but would consider elsewhere if was right:

Our budget is around £1,300 pcm but please speak if you have something that could be of interest
