Seeking large double room with en-suite

Hi! I’m a 23 year old graduate starting work as a Software Engineer at HSBC. I’m looking for a large double room with an en-suite near Kelham Island or City Centre. I am available from 01/07/2026.

My office is in the city centre, so I’d prefer somewhere within 15-30 mins walking distance or less.

My budget is up to £700 pcm (bills included). I’m looking for a larger than average room due to storage needs. Ideally around 12sqm or larger, with space for a desk, wardrobe and additional storage.

I love being outdoors, so access to a garden or terrace would be a bonus.

I’m happy to share with both men and women and would ideally like to live with people in their twenties, but I’m flexible.
