Looking for a third flatmate

Hi, I'm looking for a place in London before I start my masters course in counselling and psychotherapy in October. I've buddied up with one girl so far and we are looking for a third flatmate to join us.

I'm quite flexible with people and am happy to mind my own space but would love to be friends with my flatmate too. I will be working part-time and studying too but love doing things in the evenings or weekends like share meals, watch a film or just chat. I don't know many people in London yet so that would be really nice.

I also have a dog. He's very freindly and people oriented. When you come home he will run towards to door with something to show you. He's a big fan of showing off his toys. He's a cavapoo (about the size of a cocker spaniel). He is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed. I would really love to share with people that love dogs too cause he's such an important part of my life and I want him to feel welcome and at home too. I do let him on the sofa and my bed but will keep public furniture covered all the time and I clean up after him.

I am totally on board living with another dog if they get along but I don't think he could live with cats.

Day to day, I go for walks with my dog and to gym a couple times a week. I like drawing/painting and cooking/baking and I'm thinking about loaning a horse to ride a couple evenings a week.

The girl I've partnered with is called Cecilia. She's really nice and from Italy. She's coming here to do a Masters and also like doing creative things, cooking and fitness (especially pilates). Her budget is similar to mine. We'd love to live quite centrally.
