Easy going young professional

I'm a 29 year old programmer who works full time 9-5 in the company's office.

I'm easy-going person and am sociable, but I am also happy living with people who I interact with rarely. Over my time living in Manchester I've sampled many of the city's music venues, comedy venues, wine bars, and pubs and would be delighted to share by expertise and learn about places I may have missed!

I like keeping my spaces and shared spaces up to an agreed standard, but am also happy living with a large amount of disorder. Some people value living in a neat and orderly space, others value the time they save by maintaining lower standards - both are fine by me.

I'm forthcoming but considerate, so am quick to address tensions but compassionate when resolving them.

I don't watch tv much, so only really occupy shared spaces to chat or eat.

At weekends I'm out of the house a lot during the day because I like going to see live music. I don't normally stay out late clubbing.

I only drink in the house when hosting a dinner party or some other communal event.

Typically sleep from 11pm until 8am.
