Female Grad Student - Caribbean/27y

Hi there!

I am a female student aged 27. Right now I'm studying at Oxford but looking to move to London at the end of August 2024 to study law.

I am from The Bahamas but also lived in Canada and South Korea. I am pretty easy going and friendly, would love to have a clean, quiet space and hang out in the kitchen/living room when we want to. I also love my own space haha.

I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 24/08/2024 and have a budget of £1300 (bills included). I would prefer to share with females of similar age.

Looking for a clean, bright, and modern flatshare.

In terms of non-negotiables on my side, I want to avoid living in a messy environment so would like to organize a weekly cleaning schedule between us. I'm also okay with visitors, just not in a way where it feels invasive and too consistent. Other than that, I'm open to suggestions for a safe, healthy living environment!
